MASSIVE! Jubilation As Enugu Commissioner Distributes Buses, Millions Of Naira, Bags Of Rice, Other Gift Items to Mark 2024 Christmas Celebration




In a heartwarming display of generosity and commitment to his roots, Dr. Lawrence Ezeh, the Enugu State Commissioner for Innovation, Science, and Technology, returned to his hometown of Mburubu in Nkanu East Local Government Area to give back to his community in a grand way. On Saturday, December 28, 2024, Dr. Ezeh marked the Christmas season by delivering a series of thoughtful donations aimed at improving the lives of the people in Mburubu.


A proud son of the community, Dr. Ezeh went above and beyond to ensure that families had a memorable holiday season. He provided 30 bags of rice to every village in Mburubu, ensuring that no household was left hungry during the festive period. In addition to the food donations, Dr. Ezeh made a significant contribution of one million naira to each village, helping to ease the financial burdens many families face, especially during the holidays.


However, it was Dr. Ezeh’s focus on empowering the youth that truly stood out. Understanding the importance of creating opportunities for the younger generation, he gifted 10 young people with mini buses. This generous gesture is not only a means of transportation but also a foundation for the recipients to start their own businesses and contribute to the local economy.


Further demonstrating his commitment to the future of Mburubu’s youth, Dr. Ezeh also donated two million naira in cash to support youth entrepreneurship initiatives. This funding aims to encourage self-sufficiency, nurture business ideas, and provide young people with the tools they need to succeed.


The event, which was attended by community leaders, dignitaries, and residents, was filled with appreciation for Dr. Ezeh’s continuous support of Mburubu. His actions reaffirmed his deep connection to his community and his desire to see it thrive.

Shettima, 13 Governors Pay New Year Homage to Tinubu in Lagos

Vice-President Kashim Shettima and 13 state governors paid a New Year homage to President Bola Tinubu in Lagos on Wednesday. The president is currently in Lagos for the Christmas and New Year celebrations. According to Gistcore, Onanuga, the Deputy Chief Whip of the House of Representatives, died after a brief illness.
